JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (May ##, 2024) – Borland Groover, North Florida’s leading gastroenterology provider, announces the opening of its state-of-the-art facility, Durbin Crossing Endoscopy Center, in Summer 2024. Located at 150 Longleaf Pine Pkwy, the new center will offer comprehensive endoscopy services to the community, along with bringing approximately 75 competitive wage jobs to the area.

Spanning 38,000 square feet, Durbin Crossing Endoscopy Center is positioned to establish itself as a prominent center for gastrointestinal care in North Florida. The facility will feature a two-story layout, with the first floor dedicated to an ambulatory surgical center boasting seven procedure rooms. The second floor will house thirty-two medical office exam rooms, ensuring patients have access to high-quality care in a comfortable environment. 

Operated by Borland Groover Gastrointestinal Specialists in partnership with United Surgical Partners International, the ambulatory surgical center at Durbin Crossing will mark the fifth surgery location in North Florida. This partnership combines Borland Groover’s expertise in gastrointestinal care with United Surgical Partners International’s commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences. 

The seven procedure rooms will be equipped with state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment, allowing our team of skilled physicians and medical professionals to offer patients access to the latest endoscopic advances, including minimally invasive procedures.
